A lottery program that awards visas to individuals from countries with low immigration to the U.S.
EB-3 Unskilled Worker Program
Intended for persons capable of performing unskilled labor (requiring less than two years training or experience) that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.
