Overview

  • Family-based

    For relatives of U.S. citizens or permanent residents, including spouses, children, and siblings (unlimited number)

    Family preference immigrant visas

  • Employment-based

    EB-1: Priority workers, including aliens with extraordinary abilities, outstanding professors and certain multi-national executives and managers.

    EB-2: Members of professors holding an advanced degree or persons of exceptional ability (including individual seeking a National Interest Waiver)

    EB-3: Professionals, skilled and Unskilled Workers

    EB-4: Certain special immigrants including those in religious vocations.

    EB-5: Employment creation immigrants (investors or entrepreneurs.)

  • Diversity Visa

    A lottery program that awards visas to individuals from countries with low immigration to the U.S. 

EB-3 Unskilled Worker Program

Intended for persons capable of performing unskilled labor (requiring less than two years training or experience) that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.
